Our quaint, ivy-covered garden patio leads into the expansive warehouse, which has an urban, industrial aesthetic as you enter our rustic sliding door off Main Street. The mezzanine windows provide abundant natural light, bringing the space to life.

11 hour venue access for events booked Friday-Sunday. Weekday events are based on an hourly rate, with a 3 hour minimum.

Our flexible pricing varies based on the month of the year and the day of the week.

We are a BYOB and open vendor venue.

Karl has spent more than 20 years building a robust résumé in the events industry, planning and producing small and large weddings, corporate and nonprofit events, birthday celebrations, intimate gatherings, large-scale themed parties and everything in between. In addition, his creative expertise spans editorial and fashion show styling, as well as interior design and floral design.

EMILY Vestal

Emily made the event industry a part of her livelihood while attending Texas Tech University. Her work in the industry has propelled her to be co-owner and operations manager at The 4 Eleven.
